What is the mission of UECA? UECA’s mission is to help Christians become more faithful, generous, and effective stewards of the resources God has entrusted to them. It’s not our platform, program or ministry. It belongs to God. But he has entrusted it to us for a season as stewards. As Christians, we should take that stewardship responsibility seriously. Said simply: UECA is an advocate for TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and the renewed CREDIBILITY of Christian ministries.
Our Purpose
The purpose of UECA has been, from its founding as a not-for-profit ministry in 1995, to published gospel-centered, Bible-based content that will honor our Savior and serve his ministries. We seek to help people understand the massive implications of the gospel and the truth of God’s Word, for all of life, for all eternity, and for the glory of God.
Or, as it was written in our 1995 mission statement:
UECA Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry that exists solely for the purpose of proclaiming the gospel through studies, preaching, teaching, and other means in order, by God’s grace:
- To bring men, women, and children to Christ as their Lord and Savior;
- To help individual Christians and the churches grow in knowledge and understanding of the Christian life;
- To bear witness to God’s truth, beauty, and holiness, and to the Lordship of Christ in every area of life; and
- To glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every way.
Any surplus that may arise shall be used solely to further the ministry and shall not inure to the benefit of any individual.
